యెహోషువ 18

1. ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు ఆ దేశమును స్వాధీనపరచుకొనిన తరువాత వారందరు షిలోహునకు కూడి వచ్చి అక్కడ ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారము వేసిరి.

1. And the whole congregation of the children of Israel assembled together at Shiloh, and set up the tabernacle of the congregation there. And the land was subdued before them.

2. ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలో స్వాస్థ్యములు ఇంక పొందని యేడుగోత్రములు ఉండెను.

2. And there remained among the children of Israel seven tribes, which had not yet received their inheritance.

3. కావున యెహోషువ ఇశ్రాయేలీయులతో ఇట్లనెనుమీ పితరుల దేవుడైన యెహోవా మీకిచ్చిన దేశమును స్వాధీన పరచుకొన వెళ్లకుండ మీరెన్నాళ్లు తడవుచేసెదరు?

3. And Joshua said unto the children of Israel, "How long are ye slack to go to possess the land which the LORD God of your fathers hath given you?

4. ప్రతి గోత్రమునుండి ముగ్గురేసి మనుష్యులను నాయొద్దకు రప్పించిన యెడల నేను వారిని పంపెదను; వారు లేచి దేశ సంచారము చేయుచు ఆయా స్వాస్థ్యములచొప్పున దాని వివరమును వ్రాసి నా యొద్దకు తీసికొనివచ్చెదరు.

4. Appoint from among you three men for each tribe, and I will send them; and they shall rise and go through the land, and describe it according to the inheritance of them; and they shall come again to me.

5. వారు ఏడువంతులుగా దాని పంచుకొందురు. యూదా వంశస్థులు దక్షిణదిక్కున తమ సరిహద్దులోపల నిలిచి యుండవలెను. యోసేపు పుత్రులు ఉత్తర దిక్కున తమ సరిహద్దులోపల నిలిచి యుండవలెను.

5. And they shall divide it into seven parts: Judah shall abide in their border on the south, and the house of Joseph shall abide in their borders on the north.

6. మీరు ఏడు వంతులుగా దేశవివరమును వ్రాసి నా యొద్దకు తీసికొని రావలెను. నేను ఇక్కడ మన దేవుడైన యెహోవా సన్నిధిని మీ నిమిత్తము వంతుచీట్లు వేసెదను.

6. Ye shall therefore describe the land into seven parts and bring the description hither to me, that I may cast lots for you here before the LORD our God.

7. లేవీయు లకు మీ మధ్య ఏ వంతును కలుగదు, యెహోవాకు యాజక ధర్మము చేయుటే వారికి స్వాస్థ్యము. గాదీయు లును రూబేనీయులును మనష్షే అర్ధగోత్రపువారును యొర్దాను అవతల తూర్పుదిక్కున యెహోవా సేవకుడైన మోషే వారికిచ్చిన స్వాస్థ్యములను పొందియున్నారు.

7. But the Levites have no part among you, for the priesthood of the LORD is their inheritance. And Gad and Reuben and half the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance beyond the Jordan on the east, which Moses the servant of the LORD gave them."

8. ఆ మనుష్యులు లేచి ప్రయాణము కాగా యెహోషువ దేశ వివరమును వ్రాయుటకు వెళ్లబోవు వారితోమీరు ఆ దేశములో బడి నడుచుచు దాని వివరమును వ్రాసి నాయొద్దకు తిరిగి రండి; అప్పుడు నేను షిలోహులో మీకొరకు యెహోవా సన్నిధిని వంతుచీట్లు వేయించెద ననగా

8. And the men arose and went away; and Joshua charged those who went to describe the land, saying, "Go, and walk through the land and describe it, and come again to me, that I may here cast lots for you before the LORD in Shiloh."

9. ఆ మనుష్యులు వెళ్లి దేశసంచారము చేయుచు ఏడువంతులుగా, గ్రామములచొప్పున, దాని వివరమును పుస్తకములో వ్రాసి షిలోహులోని పాళెములోనున్న యెహోషువ యొద్దకు వచ్చిరి.

9. And the men went and passed through the land and described it by cities into seven parts in a book, and came again to Joshua to the host at Shiloh.

10. వారికొరకు యెహోషువ షిలోహులో యెహోవా సన్నిధిని వంతుచీట్లు వేసి వారి వారి వంతులచొప్పున ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకు దేశమును పంచి పెట్టెను.

10. And Joshua cast lots for them in Shiloh before the LORD, and there Joshua divided the land unto the children of Israel according to their divisions.

11. బెన్యామీనీయుల గోత్రమునకు వారి వంశముల చొప్పున, వంతుచీటి వచ్చెను; వారి చీటివలన కలిగిన సరిహద్దు యూదా వంశస్థుల సరిహద్దుకును యోసేపు పుత్రుల సరిహద్దుకును మధ్యనుండెను.

11. And the lot of the tribe of the children of Benjamin came up according to their families; and the borders of their lot came forth between the children of Judah and the children of Joseph.

12. ఉత్తరదిక్కున వారి సరిహద్దు యొర్దాను మొదలుకొని యెరికోకు ఉత్తరదిక్కున పోయి పడమరగా కొండల దేశమువరకు వ్యాపించెను, దాని సరిహద్దు బేతావెను అర ణ్యమువరకు సాగెను.

12. And their border on the north side was from the Jordan; and the border went up to the side of Jericho on the north side, and went up through the mountains westward; and the boundaries thereof were at the Wilderness of Bethaven.

13. అక్కడనుండి ఆ సరిహద్దు లూజు వైపున, అనగా బేతేలను లూజు దక్షిణమువరకు సాగి క్రింది బెత్‌హోరోనుకు దక్షిణముననున్న కొండమీది అతారోతు అద్దారువరకు వ్యాపించెను.

13. And the border went over from thence toward Luz, to the side of Luz (which is Bethel), southward; and the border descended to Atarothadar, near the hill that lieth on the south side of the Nether Bethhoron.

14. అక్కడనుండి దాని సరిహద్దు దక్షిణమున బెత్‌హోరోనుకును ఎదురుగా నున్న కొండనుండి పడమరగా దక్షిణమునకు తిరిగి అక్కడ నుండి యూదా వంశస్థుల పట్టణమైన కిర్యాత్బాలు అనగా కిర్యత్యారీమువరకు వ్యాపించెను, అది పడమటిదిక్కు.

14. And the border was drawn thence and compassed the corner of the sea southward, from the hill that lieth before Bethhoron southward; and the boundaries thereof were at Kirjathbaal, which is Kirjathjearim, a city of the children of Judah: this was the west quarter.

15. దక్షిణదిక్కున కిర్యత్యారీముకొననుండి దాని సరిహద్దు పడమటిదిక్కున నెఫ్తోయ నీళ్ల యూటవరకు సాగి

15. And the south quarter was from the end of Kirjathjearim, and the border went out on the west and went out to the well of waters of Nephtoah.

16. ఉత్తరదిక్కున రెఫాయీయుల లోయలోనున్న బెన్‌ హిన్నోము లోయయెదుటనున్న కొండప్రక్కననుండి దక్షిణదిక్కున బెన్‌హిన్నోము లోయమార్గమున యెబూ సీయుల ప్రదేశమువరకు సాగి ఏన్‌రోగేలువరకు వ్యాపించెను.

16. And the border came down to the end of the mountain that lieth before the Valley of the Son of Hinnom and which is in the Valley of the Giants on the north, and descended to the Valley of Hinnom, to the side of the Jebusites on the south, and descended to Enrogel;

17. అది ఉత్తర దిక్కునుండి ఏన్‌షెమెషువరకు వ్యాపించి అదుమీ్మమునకు ఎక్కుచోటికి ఎదురుగానున్న గెలీలోతువరకు సాగి రూబేనీయుడైన బోహను రాతి యొద్దకు దిగెను.

17. and was drawn from the north, and went forth to Enshemesh, and went forth toward Geliloth, which is over against the ascent of Adummim, and descended to the stone of Bohan the son of Reuben,

18. అది ఉత్తరదిక్కున మైదానమునకు ఎదురుగా వ్యాపించి అరాబావరకు దిగి అక్కడనుండి ఆ సరిహద్దు ఉత్తర దిక్కున బేత్‌హోగ్లావరకు సాగెను.

18. and passed along toward the side over against Arabah northward, and went down unto Arabah.

19. అక్కడనుండి ఆ సరిహద్దు యొర్దాను దక్షిణదిక్కునఉప్పు సముద్రముయొక్క ఉత్తరాఖాతమువరకు వ్యాపించెను. అది దక్షిణదిక్కున దానికి సరిహద్దు.

19. And the border passed along to the side of Bethhoglah northward; and the boundaries of the border were at the north bay of the Salt Sea at the south end of the Jordan: this was the south border.

20. తూర్పుదిక్కున యొర్దాను దానికి సరిహద్దు. దాని చుట్టునున్న సరిహద్దుల ప్రకారము బెన్యామీనీయులకు వారి వంశ ములచొప్పున కలిగిన స్వాస్థ్యము ఇది.

20. And the Jordan was the border of it on the east side. This was the inheritance of the children of Benjamin by the borders thereof round about, according to their families.

21. బెన్యామీనీయుల గోత్రమునకు వారి వంశముల చొప్పున కలిగిన పట్టణములు ఏవేవనగా యెరికో బేత్‌హోగ్లా యెమెక్కెసీసు

21. Now the cities of the tribe of the children of Benjamin according to their families were Jericho, and Bethhoglah, and the Valley of Keziz,

22. బేతరాబా సెమ రాయిము బేతేలు ఆవీము పారా ఒఫ్రా

22. and Betharabah, and Zemaraim, and Bethel,

23. కెపరమ్మోని ఒప్ని గెబా అనునవి,

23. and Avim, and Parah, and Ophrah,

24. వాటి పల్లెలు పోగా పండ్రెండు పట్టణములు.

24. and Chepharhaammonai, and Ophni, and Gaba: twelve cities with their villages;

25. గిబియోను రామా బెయేరోతు మిస్పే

25. Gibeon, and Ramah, and Beeroth,

26. కెఫీరా మోసా రేకెము ఇర్పెయేలు తరలా

26. and Mizpeh, and Chephirah, and Mozah,

27. సేలా ఎలెపు యెరూషలేము అనబడిన ఎబూసీ గిబియా కిర్యతు అను నవి; వాటి పల్లెలు పోగా పదునాలుగు పట్టణములు.

27. and Rekem, and Irpeel, and Taralah,

28. వారి వంశముల చొప్పున ఇది బెన్యామీనీయులకు కలిగిన స్వాస్థ్యము.

28. and Zelah, Eleph, and Jebus (which is Jerusalem), Gibeath, and Kirjath: fourteen cities with their villages. This is the inheritance of the children of Benjamin according to their families.

యెహోషువ 17

1. మనష్షే యోసేపు పెద్దకుమారుడు గనుక అతని గోత్రమునకు, అనగా మనష్షే పెద్ద కుమారుడును గిలాదు దేశాధిపతియునైన మాకీరునకు చీట్లవలన వంతువచ్చెను. అతడు యుద్ధవీరుడైనందున అతనికి గిలాదును బాషానును వచ్చెను.

1. There was also a lot for the tribe of Manasseh, for he was the firstborn of Joseph, to wit, for Machir the firstborn of Manasseh, the father of Gilead, because he was a man of war. Therefore he had Gilead and Bashan.

2. మనష్షీయులలో మిగిలిన వారికి, అనగా అబియెజెరీయులకును హెలకీయులకును అశ్రీయేలీయుల కును షెకెమీయులకును హెపెరీయులకును షెమీ దీయులకును వారి వారి వంశములచొప్పున వంతువచ్చెను. వారి వంశములనుబట్టి యోసేపు కుమారుడైన మనష్షే యొక్క మగ సంతానమది.

2. There was also a lot for the rest of the children of Manasseh by their families: for the children of Abiezer, and for the children of Helek, and for the children of Asriel, and for the children of Shechem, and for the children of Hepher, and for the children of Shemida. These were the male children of Manasseh the son of Joseph by their families.

3. మనష్షే మునిమనుమడును మాకీరు ఇనుమనుమడును గిలాదు మనుమడును హెపెరు కుమారుడునైన సెలోపె హాదుకు కుమార్తెలేగాని కుమారులు పుట్ట లేదు. అతని కుమార్తెల పేరులు మహలా నోయా హొగ్లా మిల్కా తిర్సా అనునవి.

3. But Zelophehad the son of Hepher, the son of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, had no sons but daughters; and these are the names of his daughters: Mahlah, and Noah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah.

4. వారు యాజకుడైన ఎలియాజరు ఎదుటి కిని నూను కుమారుడైన యెహోషువ యెదుటికిని ప్రధా నుల యెదుటికిని వచ్చిమా సహోదరులమధ్య మాకు స్వాస్థ్యమియ్యవలెనని యెహోవా మోషేకు ఆజ్ఞాపించె నని మనవి చేయగా యెహోషువ యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చినట్టు వారి తండ్రి యొక్క సహోదరులమధ్య వారికి స్వాస్థ్యములిచ్చెను.

4. And they came near before Eleazar the priest and before Joshua the son of Nun and before the princes, saying, "The LORD commanded Moses to give us an inheritance among our brethren." Therefore according to the commandment of the LORD he gave them an inheritance among the brethren of their father.

5. కాబట్టి యొర్దాను అద్దరినున్న గిలాదు బాషానులుగాక మనష్షీయులకు పదివంతులు హెచ్చుగా వచ్చెను.

5. And there fell ten portions to Manasseh, besides the land of Gilead and Bashan, which were on the other side of the Jordan,

6. ఏల యనగా మనష్షీయుల స్త్రీ సంతానమును వారి పురుష సంతానమును స్వాస్థ్యములు పొందెను. గిలాదుదేశము తక్కిన మనష్షీయులకు స్వాస్థ్యమాయెను.

6. because the daughters of Manasseh had an inheritance among his sons; and the rest of Manasseh's sons had the land of Gilead.

7. మనష్షీయుల సరిహద్దు ఆషేరునుండి షెకెమునకు తూర్పుగానున్న మిక్మెతావరకును దక్షిణమున ఏన్తప్పూయ నివాసులవైపునకు వ్యాపించెను.

7. And the border of Manasseh was from Asher to Michmethath, that lieth before Shechem; and the border went along on the right hand unto the inhabitants of Entappuah.

8. తప్పూయదేశము మనష్షీయులదాయెను; అయితే మనష్షీయుల సరిహద్దులోని తప్పూయ ఎఫ్రాయి మీయులదాయెను.

8. Now Manasseh had the land of Tappuah, but Tappuah on the border of Manasseh belonged to the children of Ephraim.

9. ఆ సరిహద్దు కానాయేటి దక్షిణ దిక్కున ఆ యేటివరకు వ్యాపించెను. మనష్షీయుల ఊళ్లలో ఆ ఊళ్లు ఎఫ్రాయిమీయులకు కలిగెను; అయితే మనష్షీయుల సరిహద్దు ఆ యేటికి ఉత్తరముగా సముద్రము వరకు వ్యాపించెను. దక్షిణ భూమి ఎఫ్రాయిమీయుల కును ఉత్తరభూమి మనష్షీయులకును కలిగెను.

9. And the border descended unto the River Kanah, southward of the river. These cities of Ephraim are among the cities of Manasseh. The border of Manasseh also was on the north side of the river, and the boundaries of it were at the sea.

10. సము ద్రము వారి సరిహద్దు; ఉత్తరదిక్కున అది ఆషేరీయుల సరిహద్దుకును, తూర్పుదిక్కున ఇశ్శాఖారీయుల సరిహద్దు కును నడిచెను.

10. Southward it was Ephraim's, and northward it was Manasseh's, and the sea is his border; and they met together in Asher on the north and in Issachar on the east.

11. ఇశ్శాఖారీయుల ప్రదేశములోను ఆషేరీయుల ప్రదేశ ములోను బేత్షెయాను దాని పురములును ఇబ్లెయామును దాని పురములును దోరు నివాసులును దాని పురములును ఏన్దోరు నివాసులును దాని పురములును తానాకు నివాసులును దాని పురములును మెగిద్దో నివాసులును దాని పురములును, అనగా మూడు కొండల ప్రదేశము మనష్షీయులకు కలిగి యున్నది.

11. And Manasseh had in Issachar and in Asher Bethshean and her towns, and Ibleam and her towns, and the inhabitants of Dor and her towns, and the inhabitants of Endor and her towns, and the inhabitants of Taanach and her towns, and the inhabitants of Megiddo and her towns, even three countries.

12. కనానీయులు ఆ దేశ ములో నివసింపవలెనని గట్టిపట్టు పట్టి యుండిరి గనుక మనష్షీయులు ఆ పురములను స్వాధీనపరచుకొనలేక పోయిరి.

12. Yet the children of Manasseh could not drive out the inhabitants of those cities, but the Canaanites would dwell in that land.

13. ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు బలవంతులైన తరువాత వారు కనానీయుల చేత వెట్టిపనులు చేయించుకొనిరి కాని వారి దేశమును పూర్తిగా స్వాధీనపరచుకొనలేదు.

13. Yet it came to pass, when the children of Israel waxed strong, that they put the Canaanites to tribute, but did not utterly drive them out.

14. అప్పుడు యోసేపు పుత్రులు యెహోషువతోమా కేల ఒక్క చీటితో ఒక్క వంతునే స్వాస్థ్యముగా ఇచ్చితివి? మేము ఒక గొప్ప జనమేగదా? ఇదివరకు యెహోవా మమ్మును దీవించెనని మనవిచేయగా

14. And the children of Joseph spoke unto Joshua, saying, "Why hast thou given me but one lot and one portion to inherit, seeing I am a great people, forasmuch as the LORD hath blessed me hitherto?"

15. యెహోషువమీరు గొప్ప జనము గనుక ఎఫ్రాయిమీయులయొక్క మన్యము మీకు ఇరుకుగా నున్న యెడల మీరు అడవికి పోయి అక్కడ పెరిజ్జీయుల దేశములోను రెఫాయీయుల దేశములోను మీకు మీరే చెట్లు నరకుకొనుడని వారితో చెప్పెను.

15. And Joshua answered them, "If thou be a great people, then get thee up to the wood country and cut down for thyself there in the land of the Perizzites and of the giants, if Mount Ephraim be too narrow for thee."

16. అందుకు యోసేపు పుత్రులుఆ మన్యము మాకుచాలదు; అదియుగాక పల్లపుచోటున నివసించు కనానీయుల కందరికి, అనగా బేత్షెయానులోనివారికిని దాని పురముల లోని వారికిని యెజ్రెయేలు లోయలోని వారికిని ఇనుప రథములున్నవనిరి.

16. And the children of Joseph said, "The hill is not enough for us; and all the Canaanites who dwell in the land of the valley have chariots of iron, both those who are of Bethshean and her towns, and those who are of the Valley of Jezreel."

17. అప్పడు యెహోషువ యోసేపు పుత్రు లైన ఎఫ్రాయిమీయులను మనష్షీయులను చూచిమీరు ఒక విస్తారజనము,

17. And Joshua spoke unto the house of Joseph, even to Ephraim and to Manasseh, saying, "Thou art a great people and hast great power. Thou shalt not have one lot only;

18. మీకు అధికబలముగలదు, మీకు ఒక్కవంతు చీటియేకాదు; ఆ కొండ మీదే, అది అర ణ్యము గనుక మీరు దానిని నరకుడి, అప్పుడు ఆ ప్రదే శము మీదగును; కనానీయులకు ఇనుపరథములుండినను వారు బలవంతులైయుండినను మీరు వారి దేశమును స్వాధీన పరచుకొనగలరనెను.

18. but the mountain shall be thine, for it is a wood and thou shalt cut it down. And the boundaries of it shall be thine; for thou shalt drive out the Canaanites, though they have iron chariots and though they be strong."

యెహోషువ 16

1. యోసేపు పుత్రులకు చీటివలన వచ్చిన వంతు యెరికో యెదుట యొర్దాను దరినుండెను,

1. And the lot of the children of Joseph fell from the Jordan by Jericho, unto the water of Jericho on the east, to the wilderness that goeth up from Jericho throughout Mount Bethel,

2. తూర్పుననున్న ఆ యెరికో యేటివెంబడిగా యెరికోనుండి బేతేలు మన్య దేశమువరకు అరణ్యము వ్యాపించును.

2. and goeth out from Bethel to Luz, and passeth along unto the borders of the Archites to Ataroth,

3. అది బేతేలు నుండి లూజువరకు పోయి అతారోతు అర్కీయుల సరి హద్దువరకు సాగి క్రింది బేత్‌హోరోనువరకును గెజెరు వరకును పడమటివైపుగా యప్లేతీయుల సరిహద్దువరకు వ్యాపించెను. దాని సరిహద్దు సముద్రమువరకు సాగెను.

3. and goeth down westward to the border of the Japhletites, unto the border of Bethhoron the Nether and to Gezer; and the boundaries thereof are at the sea.

4. అక్కడ యోసేపు పుత్రులైన మనష్షే ఎఫ్రాయిములు స్వాస్థ్యమును పొందిరి.

4. So the children of Joseph, Manasseh, and Ephraim took their inheritance.

5. ఎఫ్రాయిమీయుల సరిహద్దు, అనగా వారి వంశముల చొప్పున వారికి ఏర్పడిన సరిహద్దు అతారోతు అద్దారు నుండి మీది బేత్‌హోరోనువరకు తూర్పుగా వ్యాపించెను.

5. And the border of the children of Ephraim according to their families was thus: even the border of their inheritance on the east side was Atarothaddar, unto Bethhoron the Upper.

6. వారి సరిహద్దు మిక్మెతాతునొద్దనున్న సముద్రము వరకు పశ్చిమోత్తరముగా వ్యాపించి ఆ సరిహద్దు తానా త్షీలోనువరకు తూర్పువైపుగా చుట్టు తిరిగి యానోహావరకు తూర్పున దాని దాటి

6. And the border went out toward the sea to Michmethath on the north side; and the border went about eastward unto Taanathshiloh, and passed by it on the east to Janohah;

7. యానో హానుండి అతారోతువరకును నారాతావరకును యెరికోకు తగిలి యొర్దాను నొద్ద తుదముట్టెను.

7. and it went down from Janohah to Ataroth and to Naarah, and came to Jericho and went out at the Jordan.

8. తప్పూయ మొదలుకొని ఆ సరిహద్దు కానా యేటివరకు పశ్చిమముగా వ్యాపించును. అది వారి వంశములచొప్పున ఎఫ్రాయిమీయుల గోత్ర స్వాస్థ్యము.

8. The border went out from Tappuah westward unto the River Kanah; and the boundaries thereof were at the sea. This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Ephraim by their families.

9. ఎఫ్రాయిమీయులకు అచ్చటచ్చట ఇయ్య బడినపట్టణములు పోగా ఆ పట్టణములన్నియు వాటి గ్రామములును మనష్షీయుల స్వాస్థ్యములో నుండెను.

9. And the separate cities for the children of Ephraim were among the inheritance of the children of Manasseh, all the cities with their villages.

10. అయితే గెజెరులో నివసించిన కనానీయుల దేశమును వారు స్వాధీనపరుచుకొనలేదు. నేటివరకు ఆ కనానీయులు ఎఫ్రాయిమీయులమధ్య నివసించుచు పన్నుకట్టు దాసులైయున్నారు.

10. And they drove not out the Canaanites who dwelt in Gezer, but the Canaanites dwell among the Ephraimites unto this day and serve under tribute.

యెహోషువ 15

1. యూదా వంశస్థుల గోత్రమునకు వారి వంశముల చొప్పున చీట్లవలన వచ్చినవంతు ఎదోము సరి హద్దువరకును, అనగా దక్షిణదిక్కున సీను అరణ్యపు దక్షిణ దిగంతము వరకును ఉండెను.

1. This then was the lot of the tribe of the children of Judah by their families: even to the border of Edom to the Wilderness of Zin southward was the outermost part of the south border.

2. దక్షిణమున వారి సరిహద్దు ఉప్పు సముద్రతీరమున దక్షిణదిశ చూచుచున్న అఖాతము మొదలుకొని వ్యాపించెను.

2. And their south border was from the shore of the Salt Sea, from the bay that looketh southward.

3. అది అక్రబ్బీము నెక్కు చోటికి దక్షిణముగా బయలుదేరి సీనువరకు పోయి కాదేషు బర్నేయకు దక్షిణముగా ఎక్కి హెస్రోనువరకు సాగి అద్దారు ఎక్కి కర్కాయువైపు తిరిగి

3. And it went out to the south side to Maalehacrabbim, and passed along to Zin, and ascended up on the south side unto Kadeshbarnea, and passed along to Hezron, and went up to Adar, and went around to Karkaa.

4. అస్మోనువరకు సాగి ఐగుప్తు ఏటివరకు వ్యాపించెను. ఆ తట్టు సరిహద్దు సముద్రమువరకు వ్యాపించెను, అది మీకు దక్షిణపు సరి హద్దు.

4. From thence it passed toward Azmon and went out unto the river of Egypt; and the borders of that region were at the sea: this shall be your south border.

5. And the east border was the Salt Sea, even unto the end of the Jordan. And their border in the north quarter was from the bay of the sea at the uttermost part of the Jordan.

6. ఆ సరిహద్దు బేత్‌ హోగ్లావరకు సాగి బేతరాబా ఉత్తర దిక్కువరకు వ్యాపించెను. అక్కడనుండి ఆ సరిహద్దు రూబేనీయుడైన బోహను రాతివరకు వ్యాపించెను.

6. And the border went up to Bethhogla and passed along by the north of Betharabah; and the border went up to the stone of Bohan the son of Reuben;

7. ఆ సరిహద్దు ఆకోరులోయనుండి దెబీరువరకును ఏటికి దక్షిణతీరముననున్న అదుమీ్మము నెక్కుచోటికి ఎదురుగా నున్న గిల్గాలునకు అభిముఖముగా ఉత్తరదిక్కు వైపునకును వ్యాపించెను. ఆ సరిహద్దు ఏన్‌షే మెషు నీళ్లవరకు వ్యాపించెను. దాని కొన ఏన్‌రోగేలునొద్ద నుండెను.

7. and the border went up toward Debir from the Valley of Achor, and so northward looking toward Gilgal, that is before the ascent to Adummim, which is on the south side of the river; and the border passed toward the waters of Enshemesh, and the boundaries thereof were at Enrogel.

8. ఆ సరిహద్దు పడమట బెన్‌హిన్నోములోయ మార్గముగా దక్షిణదిక్కున యెబూసీయుల దేశమువరకు, అనగా యెరూషలేమువరకు నెక్కెను. ఆ సరిహద్దు పడమట హిన్నోము లోయకు ఎదురుగానున్న కొండ నడికొప్పువరకు వ్యాపించెను. అది ఉత్తర దిక్కున రెఫాయీయుల లోయ తుదనున్నది.

8. And the border went up by the Valley of the Son of Hinnom unto the south side of the Jebusite (the same is Jerusalem); and the border went up to the top of the mountain that lieth before the Valley of Hinnom westward, which is at the end of the Valley of the Giants northward.

9. ఆ సరిహద్దు ఆ కొండ నడికొప్పునుండియు నెఫ్తోయ నీళ్లయూటయొద్దనుండియు ఏఫ్రోనుకొండ పురములవరకు వ్యాపించెను. ఆ సరిహద్దు కిర్యత్యారీమను బాలావరకు సాగెను.

9. And the border was drawn from the top of the hill unto the fountain of the water of Nephtoah, and went out to the cities of Mount Ephron; and the border was drawn to Baalah, which is Kirjathjearim.

10. ఆ సరిహద్దు పడమరగా బాలానుండి శేయీరు కొండకు వంపుగా సాగి కెసాలోనను యారీముకొండ యొక్క ఉత్తరపు వైపునకుదాటి బేత్షెమెషువరకు దిగి తిమ్నావైపునకు వ్యాపించెను.

10. And the border compassed from Baalah westward unto Mount Seir, and passed along unto the side of Mount Jearim, which is Chesalon on the north side, and went down to Bethshemesh, and passed on to Timnah.

11. ఉత్తరదిక్కున ఆ సరిహద్దు ఎక్రోనువరకు సాగి అక్కడనుండిన సరిహద్దు షిక్రోను వరకును పోయి బాలాకొండను దాటి యబ్నెయేలువరకును ఆ సరిహద్దు సముద్రమువరకును వ్యాపించెను.

11. And the border went out unto the side of Ekron northward; and the border was drawn to Shicron, and passed along to Mount Baalah, and went out unto Jabneel; and the limit of the border was at the sea.

12. పడమటి సరిహద్దు గొప్ప సముద్రపు సరిహద్దువరకు వ్యాపించెను. యూదా సంతతివారి వంశముల చొప్పున వారి సరిహద్దు ఇదే.

12. And the west border was to the Great Sea and the coast thereof. This is the border of the children of Judah round about according to their families.

13. యెహోవా యెహోషువకు ఇచ్చిన ఆజ్ఞచొప్పున యూదా వంశస్థుల మధ్యను యెఫున్నె కుమారుడైన కాలేబునకు ఒక వంతును, అనగా అనాకీయుల వంశకర్త యైన అర్బాయొక్క పట్టణమును ఇచ్చెను, అది హెబ్రోను.

13. And unto Caleb the son of Jephunneh he gave a part among the children of Judah, according to the commandment of the LORD to Joshua, even the city of Arba (Arba was the father of Anak), which city is Hebron.

14. అక్కడనుండి కాలేబు అనాకుయొక్క ముగ్గురు కుమారు లైన షెషయి అహీమాను తల్మయి అను అనాకీయుల వంశీ యులను వెళ్లగొట్టి వారిదేశమును స్వాధీనపరచుకొనెను.

14. And Caleb drove from thence the three sons of Anak: Sheshai, and Ahiman, and Talmai, the children of Anak.

15. And he went up thence to the inhabitants of Debir (and the name of Debir before was Kirjathsepher).

16. And Caleb said, "He that smiteth Kirjathsepher and taketh it, to him will I give Achsah my daughter as wife."

17. And Othniel the son of Kenaz, the brother of Caleb, took it; and he gave him Achsah his daughter as wife.

20. This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Judah according to their families:

21. And the outermost cities of the tribe of the children of Judah toward the border of Edom southward were Kabzeel, and Eder, and Jagur,

22. and Kinah, and Dimonah, and Adadah,

23. and Kedesh, and Hazor, and Ithnan,

25. and Hazor, Hadattah, and Kerioth, and Hezron (which is Hazor),

33. And in the valley: Eshtaol, and Zorah, and Ashnah,

34. and Zanoah, and Engannim, Tappuah, and Enam,

35. యర్మూతు అదు ల్లాము శోకో అజేకా

35. Jarmuth, and Adullam, Socoh, and Azekah,

36. షరాయిము అదీతాయిము గెదేరా గెదెరోతాయిము అనునవి. వాటి పల్లెలు పోగా పదు నాలుగు పట్టణములు.

36. and Sharaim, and Adithaim, and Gederah, and Gederothaim: fourteen cities with their villages;

42. Libnah, and Ether, and Ashan,

43. కెయీలా అక్జీబు మారేషా అనునవి,

43. and Jiphtah, and Ashnah, and Nezib,

44. and Keilah, and Achzib, and Mareshah: nine cities with their villages;

45. Ekron, with her towns and her villages;

46. దాని పట్టణములును గ్రామములును, ఐగుప్తు ఏటివరకు పెద్ద సముద్రమువరకును అష్డోదును,

46. from Ekron even unto the sea, all that lay near Ashdod, with their villages;

47. Ashdod with her towns and her villages, Gaza with her towns and her villages, unto the river of Egypt and the Great Sea and the border thereof.

57. Kain, Gibeah, and Timnah: ten cities with their villages;

59. and Maarath, and Bethanoth, and Eltekon: six cities with their villages;

60. కిర్యత్యారీ మనగా కిర్యత్బయలు రబ్బా అనునవి, వాటి పల్లెలు పోగా రెండు పట్టణములు.

60. Kirjathbaal (which is Kirjathjearim), and Rabbah: two cities with their villages;

61. అరణ్యమున బేతరాబా మిద్దీను సెకాకా నిబ్షాను యీల్మెలహు ఎన్గెదీ అనునవి,

61. in the wilderness: Betharabah, Middin, and Secacah,

62. వాటి పల్లెలు పోగా ఆరు పట్టణములు.

62. and Nibshan, and the City of Salt, and Engedi; six cities with their villages.

63. యెరూషలేములో నివసించిన యెబూసీ యులను యూదా వంశస్థులు తోలివేయ లేకపోయిరి గనుక యెబూసీయులు నేటివరకు యెరూషలేములో యూదా వంశస్థులయొద్ద నివసించుచున్నారు.

63. As for the Jebusites, the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the children of Judah could not drive them out; but the Jebusites dwell with the children of Judah at Jerusalem unto this day.

యెహోషువ 14

1. And these are the countries which the children of Israel inherited in the land of Canaan, which Eleazar the priest and Joshua the son of Nun and the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel distributed for inheritance to them.

2. మోషేద్వారా యెహోవా ఆజ్ఞాపించి నట్లు యాజకుడైన ఎలియాజరును నూను కుమారుడైన యెహోషువయు ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల గోత్రములయొక్క పితరుల కుటుంబముల ప్రధానులును చీట్లు వేసి, తొమ్మిది గోత్రములవారికిని అర్ధగోత్రపువారికిని ఆ స్వాస్థ్యములను పంచిపెట్టిరి.

2. By lot was their inheritance, as the LORD commanded by the hand of Moses, for the nine tribes and for the halftribe.

3. మోషే రెండు గోత్రములకును అర్ధగోత్ర మునకును యొర్దాను అవతలి స్వాస్థ్యముల నిచ్చియుండెను. అతడు వారిలో లేవీయులకు ఏ స్వాస్థ్యము ఇయ్యలేదు

3. For Moses had given the inheritance of two tribes and a halftribe on the other side of the Jordan; but unto the Levites he gave no inheritance among them,

4. for the children of Joseph were two tribes: Manasseh and Ephraim. Therefore they gave no part unto the Levites in the land, save cities to dwell in, with their suburbs for their cattle and for their substance.

5. యెహోవా మోషేకు ఆజ్ఞాపించినట్లు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు చేసి దేశమును పంచుకొనిరి.

5. As the LORD commanded Moses, so the children of Israel did; and they divided the land.

6. యూదా వంశస్థులు గిల్గాలులో యెహోషువ యొద్దకు రాగా కెనెజీయుడగు యెఫున్నె కుమారుడైన కాలేబు అతనితో ఈలాగు మనవిచేసెనుకాదేషు బర్నేయలో దైవజనుడైన మోషేతో యెహోవా నన్ను గూర్చియు నిన్నుగూర్చియు చెప్పినమాట నీ వెరుగుదువు.

6. Then the children of Judah came unto Joshua in Gilgal; and Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenezite said unto him, "Thou knowest the thing that the LORD said unto Moses the man of God concerning me and thee in Kadeshbarnea.

7. దేశ మును వేగుచూచుటకు యెహోవా సేవకుడైన మోషే కాదేషు బర్నేయలోనుండి నన్ను పంపినప్పుడు నేను నలువది ఏండ్లవాడను; ఎవరికిని భయపడక నేను చూచినది చూచినట్టే అతనికి వర్తమానము తెచ్చితిని.

7. Forty years old was I when Moses the servant of the LORD sent me from Kadeshbarnea to espy out the land; and I brought him word again as it was in mine heart.

8. నాతోకూడ బయలుదేరి వచ్చిన నా సహోదరులు జనుల హృదయము లను కరుగచేయగా నేను నా దేవుడైన యెహోవాను నిండు మనస్సుతో అనుసరించితిని.

8. Nevertheless my brethren who went up with me made the heart of the people melt, but I wholly followed the LORD my God.

9. ఆ దినమున మోషే ప్రమాణము చేసినీవు నా దేవుడైన యెహోవాను నిండు మనస్సుతో అనుసరించితివి గనుక నీవు అడుగుపెట్టిన భూమి నిశ్చయముగా నీకును నీ సంతానమునకును ఎల్లప్పు డును స్వాస్థ్యముగా ఉండుననెను.

9. And Moses swore on that day, saying, `Surely the land whereon thy feet have trodden shall be thine inheritance and thy children's for ever, because thou hast wholly followed the LORD my God.'

10. యెహోవా చెప్పి నట్లు యెహోవా మోషేకు ఆ మాట సెలవిచ్చినప్పటి నుండి ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు అరణ్యములో నడచిన యీ నలు వది ఐదు ఏండ్లు ఆయన నన్ను సజీవునిగా కాపాడి యున్నాడు; ఇదిగో నేనిప్పుడు ఎనబదియయిదేండ్ల వాడను.

10. And now, behold, the LORD hath kept me alive, as He said, these forty and five years, even since the LORD spoke this word unto Moses while the children of Israel wandered in the wilderness; and now, lo, I am this day fourscore and five years old.

11. మోషే నన్ను పంపిన నాడు నాకెంత బలమో నేటివరకు నాకంత బలము. యుద్ధము చేయుటకు గాని వచ్చుచు పోవుచునుండుటకు గాని నాకెప్పటియట్లు బల మున్నది.

11. As yet I am as strong this day as I was in the day that Moses sent me: as my strength was then, even so is my strength now for war, both to go out and to come in.

12. కాబట్టి ఆ దినమున యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చిన యీ కొండ ప్రదేశమును నాకు దయచేయుము; అనాకీ యులును ప్రాకారముగల గొప్ప పట్టణములును అక్కడ ఉన్న సంగతి ఆ దినమున నీకు వినబడెను. యెహోవా నాకు తోడైయుండిన యెడల యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చినట్లు వారి దేశమును స్వాధీనపరచుకొందును.

12. Now therefore give me this mountain whereof the LORD spoke in that day, for thou heardest in that day how the Anakim were there, and that the cities were great and fortified. If it so be that the LORD will be with me, then I shall be able to drive them out, as the LORD said."

13. యెఫున్నె కుమారుడైన కాలేబు ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల దేవుడైన యెహో వాను నిండు మనస్సుతో అనుసరించువాడు గనుక యెహో షువ అతని దీవించి అతనికి హెబ్రోనును స్వాస్థ్యముగా ఇచ్చెను.

13. And Joshua blessed him, and gave unto Caleb the son of Jephunneh Hebron for an inheritance.

14. కాబట్టి హెబ్రోను యెఫున్నె అను కెనెజీ యుని కుమారుడైన కాలేబునకు నేటివరకు స్వాస్థ్యముగా నున్నది.

14. Hebron therefore became the inheritance of Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite unto this day, because he wholly followed the LORD God of Israel.

15. పూర్వము హెబ్రోను పేరు కిర్యతర్బా. అర్బా అనాకీయులలో గొప్పవాడు అప్పుడు దేశము యుద్ధములేకుండ నెమ్మదిగా ఉండెను.

15. And the name of Hebron before was Kirjatharba, which Arba was a great man among the Anakim. And the land had rest from war.

యెహోషువ 13

1. యెహోషువ బహుదినములు గడచిన వృద్ధుడుకాగా... యెహోవా అతనికి ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చెనునీవు బహు దినములు గడచిన వృద్ధుడవు. స్వాధీనపరచుకొనుటకు అతివిస్తారమైన దేశము ఇంక మిగిలియున్నది.

1. Now Joshua was old and stricken in years; and the LORD said unto him: "Thou art old and stricken in years, and there remaineth yet very much land to be possessed.

2. మిగిలిన దేశము ఏదనగా, ఫిలిష్తీయుల ప్రదేశములన్నియు, గెషూరీ యుల దేశమంతయు, ఐగుప్తునకు తూర్పుననున్న షీహోరు మొదలుకొని

2. This is the land that yet remaineth: all the borders of the Philistines and all Geshuri,

3. from Sihor, which is before Egypt, even unto the borders of Ekron northward, which is counted as Canaanite; five lords of the Philistines -- the Gazathites, and the Ashdothites, the Ashkelonites, the Gittites, and the Ekronites; also the Avites;

4. దక్షిణదిక్కున ఆవీయుల దేశమును కనానీయుల దేశ మంతయు, సీదోనీయులదైన మేరా మొదలుకొని ఆఫెకు వరకున్న అమోరీయుల సరిహద్దువరకును

4. from the south, all the land of the Canaanites, and Mearah that is beside the Sidonians, unto Aphek, to the borders of the Amorites;

5. గిబ్లీయుల దేశమును, హెర్మోను కొండదిగువ నున్న బయల్గాదు మొదలుకొని హమాతునకు పోవుమార్గ మువరకు లెబానోను ప్రదేశమంతయు, లెబానోను మొదలుకొని మిశ్రేపొత్మాయిము వరకును దేశము మిగిలియున్నది.

5. and the land of the Gebalites, and all Lebanon, toward the sunrising, from Baalgad under Mount Hermon unto the entrance into Hamath.

6. మన్యపు నివా సుల నందరిని సీదోనీయులనందరిని నేను ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల యెదుటనుండి వెళ్లగొట్టెదను. కావున నేను నీ కాజ్ఞా పించినట్లు నీవు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకు స్వాస్థ్యముగా దాని పంచిపెట్టవలెను.

6. All the inhabitants of the hill country from Lebanon unto Misrephothmaim, and all the Sidonians, them will I drive out from before the children of Israel. Only divide thou it by lot unto the Israelites for an inheritance, as I have commanded thee.

7. తొమ్మిది గోత్రములకును మనష్షే అర్ధ గోత్రమునకును ఈ దేశమును స్వాస్థ్యముగా పంచి పెట్టుము. యెహోవా సేవకుడైన మోషే వారికిచ్చినట్లు

7. Now therefore divide this land for an inheritance unto the nine tribes and the halftribe of Manasseh"--

8. రూబేనీయులు గాదీయులు తూర్పుదిక్కున యొర్దాను అవతల మోషే వారికిచ్చిన స్వాస్థ్యమును పొందిరి.

8. with whom the Reubenites and the Gadites have received their inheritance which Moses gave them beyond the Jordan eastward, even as Moses the servant of the LORD gave them:

9. అది ఏదనగా అర్నోను ఏటిలోయ దరినున్న అరోయేరు మొదలుకొని ఆ లోయమధ్యనున్న పట్టణమునుండి దీబోను వరకు మేదెబా మైదానమంతయు, అమ్మోనీయుల సరిహద్దు వరకు హెష్బోనులో ఏలికయు

9. from Aroer that is upon the bank of the River Arnon, and the city that is in the midst of the river, and all the plain of Medeba unto Dibon;

10. అమోరీయుల రాజునైన సీహోనుయొక్క సమస్తపురములును

10. and all the cities of Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon, unto the border of the children of Ammon;

11. గిలాదును, గెషూరీ యులయొక్కయు మాయకాతీయులయొక్కయు దేశము, హెర్మోను మన్యమంతయు, సల్కావరకు బాషాను దేశమంతయు

11. and Gilead, and the border of the Geshurites and Maachathites, and all Mount Hermon, and all Bashan unto Salcah;

12. రెఫాయీయుల శేషములో అష్తారోతు లోను ఎద్రెయీలోను ఏలికయైన ఓగురాజ్యమంతయు మిగిలియున్నది. మోషే ఆ రాజులను జయించి వారి దేశమును పట్టుకొనెను.

12. all the kingdom of Og in Bashan, who reigned in Ashtaroth and in Edrei, who remained of the remnant of the giants; for these did Moses smite and cast them out.

13. అయితే ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు గెషూరీయుల దేశమునైనను మాయకాతీయుల దేశము నైనను పట్టుకొనలేదు గనుక గెషూరీయులును మాయకా తీయులును నేటివరకు ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల మధ్యను నివసించు చున్నారు.

13. Nevertheless the children of Israel expelled not the Geshurites nor the Maachathites, but the Geshurites and the Maachathites dwell among the Israelites until this day.

14. లేవిగోత్రమునకే అతడు స్వాస్థ్యము ఇయ్య లేదు. ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల దేవుడైన యెహోవా వారితో సెలవిచ్చినట్లు ఆయనకు అర్పింపబడు హోమములే వారికి స్వాస్థ్యము.

14. Only unto the tribe of Levi he gave no inheritance; the sacrifices of the LORD God of Israel made by fire are their inheritance, as He said unto them.

15. వారి వంశములనుబట్టి మోషే రూబేనీయులకు స్వాస్థ్య మిచ్చెను.

15. And Moses gave unto the tribe of the children of Reuben inheritance according to their families.

16. వారి సరిహద్దు ఏదనగా, అర్నోను ఏటిలోయ దరినున్న అరోయేరు మొదలుకొని ఆ లోయలోనున్న పట్టణమునుండి మేదెబాయొద్దనున్న మైదానమంతయు

16. And their border was from Aroer, that is on the bank of the River Arnon, and the city that is in the midst of the river, and all the plain by Medeba;

17. హెష్బోనును మైదానములోని పట్టణములన్నియు, దీబోను బామోత్బయలు బేత్బయల్మెయోను

17. Heshbon and all her cities that are in the plain: Dibon, and Bamothbaal, and Bethbaalmeon,

18. యాహసు కెదేమోతు మేఫాతు

18. and Jahazah, and Kedemoth, and Mephaath,

19. కిర్యతాయిము సిబ్మాలోయలోని కొండమీది శెరెత్షహరు బెత్పయోరు పిస్గాకొండచరియలు

19. and Kirjathaim, and Sibmah, and Zarethshahar on the mount of the valley,

20. బెత్యేషి మోతు అను పట్టణములును మైదానములోని పట్టణము లన్నియు, హెష్బోనులో ఏలికయు,

20. and Bethpeor, and Ashdothpisgah, and Bethjeshimoth,

21. మోషే జయించిన వాడునైన సీహోను వశముననున్న ఎవీ రేకెము సూరు హోరు రేబ అను మిద్యానురాజుల దేశమును అమోరీ యుల రాజైన సీహోను రాజ్యమంతయు వారికి స్వాస్థ్య ముగా ఇచ్చెను.

21. and all the cities of the plain and all the kingdom of Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon, whom Moses smote with the princes of Midian: Evi, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, who were dukes of Sihon dwelling in the country.

22. ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు బెయోరు కుమారుడును సోదెగాడు నైన బిలామును తాము చంపిన తక్కినవారితో పాటు ఖడ్గముతో చంపిరి.

22. Balaam also the son of Beor, the soothsayer, did the children of Israel slay with the sword among those who were slain by them.

23. యొర్దాను ప్రదేశమంతయు రూబేనీ యులకు సరిహద్దు; అదియు దానిలోని పట్టణములును గ్రామములును రూబేనీయుల వంశముల లెక్కచొప్పున వారికి కలిగిన స్వాస్థ్యము.

23. And the border of the children of Reuben was the Jordan and the border thereof. This was the inheritance of the children of Reuben according to their families, the cities and the villages thereof.

24. మోషే గాదుగోత్రమునకు, అనగా గాదీయులకు వారి వంశములచొప్పున స్వాస్థ్యమిచ్చెను.వారి సరి

24. And Moses gave inheritance unto the tribe of Gad, even unto the children of Gad according to their families.

25. హద్దు యాజెరును గిలాదు పట్టణములన్నియు, రబ్బాకు ఎదురుగానున్న అరోయేరువరకు అమ్మోనీయుల దేశములో సగమును

25. And their border was Jazer, and all the cities of Gilead, and half the land of the children of Ammon, unto Aroer that is before Rabbah;

26. హెష్బోను మొదలుకొని రామత్మిజ్పె బెటొ నీమువరకును మహనయీము మొదలుకొని దెబీరు సరి హద్దువరకును

26. and from Heshbon unto Ramathmizpeh, and Betonim, and from Mahanaim unto the border of Debir;

27. లోయలో బేతారాము బేత్నిమ్రా సుక్కోతు సాపోను, అనగా హెష్బోను రాజైన సీహోను రాజ్యశేషమును తూర్పు దిక్కున యొర్దాను అవతల కిన్నె రెతు సముద్రతీరమువరకునున్న యొర్దాను ప్రదేశమును.

27. and in the valley, Betharam, and Bethnimrah, and Succoth, and Zaphon, the rest of the kingdom of Sihon king of Heshbon, the Jordan and his border, even unto the edge of the Sea of Chinnereth on the other side of the Jordan eastward.

28. వారి వంశముల చొప్పున గాదీయులకు స్వాస్థ్యమైన పట్ట ణములును గ్రామములును ఇవి.

28. This is the inheritance of the children of Gad according to their families, the cities and their villages.

29. మోషే మనష్షే అర్థగోత్రమునకు స్వాస్థ్యమిచ్చెను. అది వారి వంశములచొప్పున మనష్షీయుల అర్థగోత్రమునకు స్వాస్థ్యము.

29. And Moses gave inheritance unto the halftribe of Manasseh; and this was the possession of the halftribe of the children of Manasseh by their families:

30. వారి సరిహద్దు మహనయీము మొదలు కొని బాషాను యావత్తును, బాషాను రాజైన ఓగు సర్వ రాజ్యమును, బాషానులోని యాయీరు పురములైన బాషానులోని అరువది పట్టణములును.

30. and their border was from Mahanaim, all Bashan, all the kingdom of Og king of Bashan, and all the towns of Jair, which are in Bashan, threescore cities;

31. గిలాదులో సగ మును, అష్తారోతు ఎద్రయియునను బాషానులో ఓగు రాజ్య పట్టణములును మనష్షే కుమారుడైన మాకీరు, అనగా మాకీరీయులలో సగముమందికి వారి వంశములచొప్పున కలిగినవి.

31. and half of Gilead, and Ashtaroth, and Edrei, cities of the kingdom of Og in Bashan, were pertaining unto the children of Machir the son of Manasseh, even to one half of the children of Machir by their families.

32. యెరికో యొద్ద తూర్పుదిక్కున యొర్దాను అవతలనున్న మోయాబు మైదానములో మోషే పంచి పెట్టిన స్వాస్థ్యములు ఇవి.

32. These are the countries which Moses distributed for inheritance in the plains of Moab on the other side of the Jordan, by Jericho eastward.

33. లేవీ గోత్రమునకు మోషే స్వాస్థ్యము పంచిపెట్టలేదు; ఏలయనగా ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల దేవుడైన యెహోవా వారితో సెలవిచ్చినట్లు ఆయనే వారికి స్వాస్థ్యము.

33. But unto the tribe of Levi Moses gave not any inheritance: the LORD God of Israel was their inheritance, as He said unto them.
